The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, March 3. The speaker for this meeting will be announced after the primary elections on February 5.

February Meeting Canceled

The regularly scheduled meeting in February for the Karns Republican Club has been canceled due to the schedule conflict with the Knox County primary elections.

The officers for 2008 of the Karns Republican Club are as follows:

Please Join!

With the new year, now is a good time to join the Karns Republican Club. Membership is open to folks who believe in the principles of the Republican Party and who intend to support its candidates are eligible for membership. Yearly dues are just $5 and can be paid to our club treasurer at the next meeting.

Candidate Meet-n-Greet

The Karns Republican Club is hosting a "Meet-n-Greet" for Knox County candidates running in the upcoming primary elections. The scheduled date is Saturday, January 19, at the Karns Community Center from 2:00-5:00 PM. Everyone is invited to attend to visit campaign booths and speak one-on-one with candidates.

January Meeting

The first meeting of the new year (2008) is set for January 8th. The speakers will be John Owings and Bill Lockett, who are the Republican candidates for Knox County Law Director.
